the location was ideal, offering easy access to many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions. the room was very clean, and i appreciated the daily housekeeping service. the complimentary coffee and tea in the afternoon were a welcome touch.
The bathroom could have used a bit more counter space. .. Otherwise i had no issues

i found the location quite convenient the street presented an interesting first impression but it is central to many shops and a short walk to la rambla the hotel offered a clean and practical environment with no unnecessary extras. the staff provided helpful assistance with bag drop services and were generally available. i appreciated the straightforward and efficient service provided. the room had good space.
i noticed that the room lacked a fridge so keeping drinks cold was not possible this felt a bit unusual. also the noise from the street was a bit of a problem at night.

while i did not dine extensively at the hotel breakfast featured a diverse spread that was worth including one could even take a few items for later if desired until 8 pm various coffee options were available.

the hotel offered a locker service in the basement costing two euros this allowed guests to store luggage both before check-in and after check-out this enabled more time to explore the city freely and without luggage constraints.

I thought the room was comfortable, and it was super clean. I found free tea and coffee available all day which was great. The location was close to Placa de Catalunya and La Rambla! It was really convenient.

the check-in staff was superb. they were always ready to assist and provided helpful tips! the daily coffee, hot chocolate, and tea between 12 pm and 8 pm was a super nice touch. the bed was so comfy, perfect after long days of exploring!
